SBIHM School of Management offers state-of-the-art infrastructure for its students. The facilities go a long way in ensuring productive campus life and provide a perfect ambience for academic pursuits. The sprawling premises houses central library, conference hall, canteen, health care centre, area for recreational activities etc. The institute is located in a lush green atmosphere away from the city crowd with no noise and air pollution, making it a perfect learning area and eco friendly atmosphere for the students.

Classroom:

Fully digital & highly spacious classrooms, equipped with the latest audio-visual teaching aids and all have network connectivity to facilitate presentations which makes learning at SBIHM School of Management a world class experience.

Bakery and confectionery section.

These all are equipped with modern tools both the section highlight in depth training of culinary art. The workstations are organized in such a way that every student gets individual space to work with provision of all tools and utensils separately.

Basic Food Production Lab:

The Basic Food Production Lab is equipped with work tables, cooking ranges, separate sinks, oven, salamander, industrial chiller, Kitchen store and individual utensils. This Lab is used to deliver training to the students of 1st year in basic Continental and Indian cuisines.

Quantity Food Production Lab:

High pressure ranges, Steam tables, Bratt pans are some of the additional equipment apart from the basic equipment and utensils which are there in Quantity Kitchen. As per the training need the utensils are large in size suiting preparations for large quantity.

Advance Food Production Lab:

The Advance Food Production Lab is used for teaching and training international cuisines to the final year students. It prepares the students for expertise as per industry requirement. In other words the Advance Food Production Lab is the place where finishing touches are given to the budding Chefs. Different specialized equipments such as Chinese Range, Griddle, Griller, Steamer, Tandoor are installed here.

Bakery & Confectionery

The Bakery & Confectionery department trains the students in the art of making yeast products, flour confectionery products, chocolates, cold and hot pudding in order to prepare them face the challenges of the industry.

 

Front office lab:

This large Lab gives a real look of the Lobby and front desk area of a five star hotel. It has bell desk, GRE desk, Guest Lounge, Front Desk, World time clocks and computers installed with PMS software. Every details of front office dealing like Room Reservation, Registration, Guest Relations, Telephones, Cashiering, Guest Accounting, Revenue Management etc. are taught to the students.

Food And beverage service lab:

It possesses a real specialty restaurant look. The ambience, the furniture and fixtures, The theme, the cutleries, crockeries, platewares everything is perfectly designed for the students to learn in real atmosphere. It is attached with a bar to enable the students to learn alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Housekeeping Lab:

The Institute is equipped with the most modern automatic machines to train the students to provide clean and hygienic atmosphere. The model guest rooms with most modern facility are used provide hands on training to the students. The housekeeping lab is entirely designed to meet every need of guest with chambers maid trolley. Along with this lab also includes specialized areas like Laundry Operation & room management.

Computer Lab:

The computer lab is well equipped with the latest machines and modern software and Internet connectivity through LAN and WiFi, which enables the students to make use of the opportunity to update themselves with the current trends in the industry. The lab provides all round computing service for the students and is equipped with modern software, multimedia. The lab is well connected to internet and the students can explore cyberspace to gain valuable data & information.

Language Lab:

The Language Lab of SBIHM School of Management is the aid to support all the language instructions by facilitating collaboration and communication all the students. Language laboratory encourages the students and imparts knowledge to the students in the different exercises. Faculty mentors uses the language lab to allow students to have access to the information quickly and easily developing many types of classroom exercises, personalizing the learning process, encouraging creativity, innovation and training.

Library:

As Library place a very important role for the overall academic development of students, therefore to provide the best facility to our students, the Institute has got of big & specious library equipped with best books, journals, and periodicals. The students, in case of any doubt can make use of the computer with internet facility in the library itself. SBIHM School of Management has a splendid reference and lending library with over 18,000 books, reports, journals, periodicals. There is a book bank which is issued to the students for their studies based on curriculum. There are stocks of reference books also.

Conference Room:

For the academic need of the students, conference, seminars and workshops are organized regularly. This room is equipped with all audiovisual as well as public address system to be able to facilitate the industry personnel who come and deliver the latest trends of the industry to the students.

Cafeteria

An all day cafeteria ensures refreshments for busy minds.

Common Room

We think it is really important to find out a balance between study and relaxation. Taking part in the social events, entertainment, getting to know each other is also necessary. Medical lab :

For Hospital Management course SBIHM School of Management has a medical laboratory where students can learn Patient handling, first aid treatment, and prevention of disease.

Study Room:

Study rooms in SBIHM SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT are exclusively meant for peaceful reference studies. Our study rooms are for academic purposes only, and they all have whiteboards, tables, and task seating.

Seminar Room:

The SBIHM SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT has one auditorium. The auditorium is used for activities such as seminars, guest lectures, cultural activities, department functions and other events. The auditorium has provision for latest public addressing systems, LCD projectors, slide projectors and comfortable seats.

Transportation:

Two deluxe Buses of its own to pick up and drop the students from hostels to Campus back to save time at affordable price. These facilities can be availed by day scholar Students as well.

Hostel:

Separate hostels for boys and girls is provided by the institute for safe, secure and comfortable living with good food.
